So what for me? A BTO launch is not just a list of projects. The first decision is whether the route fits your household, timeline and financial position. Only after that does it make sense to compare town, flat type, classification, waiting time and alternatives.

Your next useful mission is simple: establish your readiness before falling in love with a location. Check your HFE status, comfortable budget, household priorities and timeline. Then compare the October options against resale and other realistic routes where relevant.
