HDB resale prices were flat in 3Q2026: the more useful questions for owners

So what for me? “Flat market” does not mean every town, flat type or individual home is flat. Your own sale position depends on comparable transactions, competing listings, lease, floor, condition and attributes — while an upgrade decision also depends on usable proceeds, financing and the replacement-home budget.
