Two new GLS signals: East Coast Road and Serangoon North View

URA released two residential sites on 29 September 2026. The East Coast Road Confirmed List site is estimated to yield about 85 homes and its tender is scheduled to close on 3 December 2026. Serangoon North View is on the Reserve List and is estimated to yield about 235 homes; a Reserve List site is not automatically launched for tender. Source: URA, 29 September 2026.

So what for me? Land-sale news matters because it helps build a forward supply map. But a GLS site is several steps before a finished project: tender outcome, developer plans, approvals, design, pricing and launch timing still have to unfold.
